As Well Spring Foods changes its focus from retail frozen foods to commercial food service, we feel an agency specializing in commercial markets would be more suited to our needs. DHP Retailers Corp. was acquired last week by Overland Business Co. As a result, we are in the process of streamlining many of our operations.
